The Stone Creek Addition entails the Parrot Cove Indoor Waterpark, the Heritage Inn & Suites, and an Old Chicago restaurant. The Parrot Cove Indoor Waterpark is a 23,000 SF facility with a lazy river, 4 water slides, children’s pool, rock climbing wall and countless other water features. The Heritage Inn & Suites is connected to the waterpark. The Parrot Cove Indoor Waterpark is the one and only Indoor Waterpark of significant size between Denver and Kansas City. The new facility will draw people to the community being a major tourist attraction to the city of Garden City. Users will visit and experience the exciting “Key West” theme design inspired by the energetic streets, shops, beaches and lively tropical colors. Families can enjoy the warm water, palm trees, and blue skies year-round without the seasonal weather constraints. The fun Indoor Waterpark features park rides including the Enclosed Bowl Slide, 3 other water slides, lazy river, children’s pool, rock climbing wall, and water play structure for the entire family to enjoy. Additional guest services include birthday party rooms, arcade room with latest the high tech games, and snack bar.

The GMCN team assisted with logo design and branding, color and name selection for water slides and rides, programmatic layout, material selection and more.
