Centera Bank

Branch Facility

The new Centera Bank branch facility was built after the May 4, 2007 tornado which completely destroyed the previous branch. The City of Greensburg took the initiative to re-build the city and rebrand itself as a “Green” community. The new facility was designed to LEED standards and is a LEED Certified Building.

The new branch entails a centralized plan layout for easy access to all spaces. It provides large sensor controlled storefront systems to allow for natural daylighting, state-of-the-art finishes, a storm shelter/storage with a capacity for 20 people, energy-efficient mechanical systems and beautiful landscaping.
