Augusta Schools

Additions and renovations were made to the Augusta High School and Middle School as part of a $48 million bond issue. The school received a complete interior remodel, which was done in phases, so the school was able to stay occupied throughout the construction process. A new wing housing four science classrooms, which are designated as a FEMA Tornado Shelter, were also added to the high school during construction.
