The 11,732 SF building is designed for a specialty medical practice and takes full advantage of natural day lighting throughout. This specialty practice facility houses eight providers, four physicians and four extenders. Within the facility are two procedure rooms, twelve exam rooms, a business office, transcription office and an exercise room and dining room for the staff.

The conference room and library, located in the interior of the building, have been designed as a hardened storm-shelter to protect the patients and staff in the event of a tornado. Finishes include stained and polished concrete floors, natural stone veneer, oak trim, and high performance wood windows. A physical therapy addition has been planned and is currently waiting funding.
